Rafael Devers sent a two-run home run into right field, extending the Boston Red Sox lead over the Minnesota Twins.

Boston Red Sox chief baseball officer Craig Breslow believes manager Alex Cora is doing a great job in getting the most out of the team despite a slew of crippling injuries to begin the season."(He deserves) a ton of credit," Breslow told WEEI's "The Greg Hill Show" on Thursday. "I think it would be really easy to look at the injuries and specifically who has suffered from those injuries and kind of think it would be really difficult to overcome those, and that the odds are just stacked against us.
