Fantasy Football Preview for all 32 Teams

Happy 4th of July! I hope your holiday was safe and enjoyable!

It's that awkward time of year between OTAs and Training Camps, so what better way to spend it than looking at all 32 teams from a fantasy perspective?

We've broken down every team to highlight their best fantasy player, a sleeper candidate, a potential breakout star, and a possible fantasy bust along with their rankings and auction values.

Rankings are based upon PPR scoring format and auction values are based upon 12-team, $200 budget.

NFC East
The offense of the Cowboys and Giants still runs through their stud running backs Ezekiel Elliott and Saquon Barkley. The Eagles have stud TE Zach Ertz, but they also have a player that we think could be a breakout candidate in 2019. There's more to the NFC East than meets the eye.

NFC South
Bruce Arians is the new HC in Tampa Bay, so our expectations have gone up for this team including a breakout name you'll want to know on draft day. The ATL offense is safely in the hands of Matty Ice and Julio Jones, but with Tevin Coleman gone, which running back do we think can step up? What's not to like in the Big Easy - especially with Alvin Kamara as the featured back. While Christian McCaffery is as solid a pick as you can get, can you still trust Greg Olsen to help your fantasy team?

NFC North
Both the passing game and running game in Minnesota can produce fantasy numbers for you, but are there any sleepers you should be paying attention to? In Green Bay, expect stud WR Davante Adams to come off the boards in Round 1, but what breakout star could you have five rounds later? We're expecting big things out of Kerryon Johnson in Detroit, but there's also a guy at WR that we worry about living up to his expectations. In the Windy City, there's a rookie with tremendous upside that you'll want to queue up on draft day.

NFC West
George Kittle was last year's big breakout stud, but could the Niners have another sleeper waiting to haul in fantasy stats? Seattle was last year's most prolific rush offense, so which of the featured backs should you draft? In Los Angeles, fantasy-god Todd Gurley is dealing with an arthritic knee? Should we be worried? Also - there's plenty of skill in the desert, but what Cardinals players should you set your sights on?

AFC East
The Dolphins continue to rebuild their team, but there's a breakout player just waiting to happen here. In New England, James White is as dynamic as they come, but there's a sleeper there worth paying attention to. There's also a Bust candidate that's not likely to make any Patriots fan particularly happy. In New York, the arrival of Le'Veon Bell has the Jets faithful optimistic for the season, but just how should you value this move from a fantasy perspective? There are a lot of new faces in Buffalo, and there's a fantasy favorite there that it's time we said goodbye to.

AFC South
Andrew Luck may lead the charge for the Colts, but there's one guy there who we feel is one of the most underrated players in the NFL. Nick Foles will line up under center in Jacksonville this year, but it's their top fantasy option that has us the most worried. It's still a run-first team in Tennessee, but the sleeper we like and the bust candidate we don't won't be in the backfield. In Houston, it's the passing game that should be most exciting. Our sleeper and breakout candidates will be lining up with fantasy stud DeAndre Hopkins. Who are they?

AFC North
The run game in Baltimore should help rack up fantasy points, and it's likely to happen from both the RB and QB positions. Perhaps the most interesting offseason story comes to us out of Cleveland where the pieces all seem to be falling into place, but they have a big name player that we won't even consider taking until the end of our drafts. Pittsburgh lost two of its best players, but the guys remaining are talented and will be weekly fantasy starters - we especially like the potential for this breakout star. If you're looking for a workhorse RB in Cincinnati, then look no further than Joe Mixon, but there's a sleeper in Cincy that you can have in the middle-rounds.

AFC West
The Chargers offense is potent, but are we ready to trust TE Hunter Henry after suffering a torn ACL last May? There are quite a few new faces in Oakland including elite WR Antonio Brown, but is Brown still worth a first-round pick in your draft? Phillip Lindsay just turned in one of the best seasons by an undrafted rookie RB in NFL history, so can we expect a repeat of 2018? If you're a Kansas City fan or just a fan of fantasy points, Travis Kelce is worth his weight in gold, but he's not the only guy you should be paying attention to.
