California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Fantasy Nerds who are California residents and have provided personal information to Fantasy Nerds may request certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of the receiving the request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediate preceding 12-month period preceding the date of the request, along with the names and addresses of the these third parties.
