Astros and OF Chas McCormick avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, $3.4 million deal.With the trade of Kyle Tucker, McCormick has a real chance to start in the outfield for the Astros in 2025. The 29-year-old hit just .211/.271/.306 in 94 games in 2024 with five home runs and eight steals. The Astros should be looking for an upgrade, and McCormick should not be counted on in fantasy leagues outside of the deepest formats.
