Cannon struck out five, gave up four hits and issued three walks, but managed to keep Los Angeles off the scoreboard in this one. The 24-year-old righty was hit extremely hard in spring training, so this season-opening performance comes as nice surprise. He isn't going to miss enough bats to make an impact for fantasy managers outside of extremely deep formats, but he'll be worth keeping an eye on as a matchup-dependent streaming option.
