Pauley was sent down nine days ago, but he now appears to be in line to make the Marlins with Connor Norby down. A left-handed hitter, he'll probably platoon with Eric Wagaman at third until Norby returns.
The injury is likely to keep Norby out for at least a month, which is a brutal blow this close to the season. Graham Pauley and Eric Wagaman are the favorites to see the most reps at third base until Norby is back; although, neither is particularly fantasy relevant outside of deep leagues.
Edwards singled off of Michael Soroka, swiped second base and scored on a two-run single by Eric Wagaman as part of the Marlins' six-run uprising in the fifth inning on Friday. Edwards has picked up right where he left off last season this spring, hitting .319 (15-for-47) with nine RBI and three stolen bases.
