The Cincinnati Reds placed outfielder TJ Friedl on the 10-day injured list with a fractured left thumb, the team announced Monday.Friedl was removed from Sunday's game against the San Francisco Giants after he was hit by a pitch on the thumb. TJ Friedl said after the game that it was his left thumb that got hit. He'll see a hand specialist tomorrow in Arizona to get more imaging done.
