NBC SportsCody Williams (illness) has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.

Williams' underwhelming rookie season is over after he was diagnosed with mononucleosis. That is an illness that will prevent him from doing any exercise for multiple weeks, which means his offseason workouts will be delayed. He'll certainly play a lot at Summer League, which will be the next chance for dynasty managers to evaluate his progress. The 10th overall pick last summer, Williams will have a lot to prove in Las Vegas in July after averaging 4.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game across 50 appearances in his first season. Brice Sensabaugh and Johnny Juzang should take on extra minutes over Utah's final six games of the season.

NBC SportsLauri Markkanen (knee) and Cody Williams (illness) are out for Wednesday's game against the Rockets.

Fantasy managers who have Markkanen rostered should operate under the assumption that he won't help them during Week 22. If he returns, that's great, but the Jazz forward's minutes will likely be capped. Williams is also unavailable and will miss another opportunity to play rotation minutes. Brice Sensabaugh and Kyle Filipowski will play plenty as Utah plays out the rest of the season.

NBC SportsBrice Sensabaugh had 19 points (6-of-11 FGs), one rebound, five assists, three steals and five three-pointers against the Hornets on Monday.

Sensabaugh got the start Monday with Collin Sexton and Cody Williams out. The 21-year-old small forward played just 26 minutes, but was efficient with 19 points on 11 shots including a 5-of-10 performance from behind the three-point line. Sensabaugh also dished out five assists and had three steals on the defensive end. With Jordan Clarkson out for the rest of the season, Sensabaugh should see a decent amount of minutes over the rest of the season whether he's starting or not.
