The Suns have made two changes to the lineup that started Monday's loss to the Magic. Nurkic's return from a sprained ankle means Mason Plumlee will come off the bench while O'Neale replaces Oso Ighodaro for matchup reasons. Jones, Booker, and Dunn complete the starting five.
Beal has been sidelined since November 13, and Wednesday's matchup with the Knicks will be the fifth game he has missed due to this particular injury. According to Charania, there's hope that Beal could be back as soon as the Suns' November 26 game against the Lakers. The team has a similar timeline for Kevin Durant, who's out with a strained calf. Ryan Dunn and Royce O'Neale are worth streaming until the two stars return to action.
Beal will miss a fifth straight game with a calf contusion, keeping Ryan Dunn in the starting lineup. While the rookie has been an asset defensively, the offensive production has been limited. Dunn is only worth a look in deep leagues.
The Suns are without Jusuf Nurkic, who will not play due to a sprained left ankle. Ighodaro, who will make his first start as a professional, will fill the void. This a good opportunity for the rookie to provide deep-league value due to his ability to serve as a playmaker out of the short roll. The other four starters are unchanged from Sunday's loss to Minnesota.
Plumlee will replace Josh Okogie and give Phoenix a pair of twin towers in the frontcourt. It's unclear how this group will work together, but Nurkic will need to be a real threat to stretch the floor to avoid the spacing from being poor, as Plumlee is far from a threat anywhere outside of the painted area.
