Durant finished with 36 points (13-27 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 8-12 FT), seven rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals over 38 minutes during Saturday's 125-121 win over the Pistons.
Durant, a longtime Washington fan, joined the Commanders as they celebrated their divisional round upset over Detroit.
All-Star Game starters will be announced next week
It wasn't enough to get the win, but Durant did a little bit of everything in this game and turned in a line that will play incredibly well in fantasy hoops. This was his first game since Christmas that he didn't hit a 3-pointer, but he was able to somewhat make up for it with an incredibly efficient shooting night. Whether the Suns are winning or not, Durant will continue to show out for fantasy managers. They have two more games this week, with a matchup in Washington on Thursday coming up next.
Mr. Consistent just keeps on putting up numbers. He has had at least 20 points without reaching 30 in seven straight games. No bad shooting nights. Solid assist and rebound numbers, but only one double-double. Durant has once again been a top-20 player in 9-cat leagues, which is actually a slight drop off from his typical production. They have a three-game week coming up, and managers should expect more of the same from KD. They return to the court on Tuesday in Atlanta, who they beat at home last week.
