He's the second player on the Bucks roster to reach that number, joining Damian Lillard.
At 30 years old, Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo became the sixth-youngest player to reach 20,000 career points and said he still has "so much more to give."
Antetokounmpo punished the shorthanded Mavericks on Wednesday, needing only 25 minutes to record his 26th double-double with at least 30 points this season. And he made some history, becoming the 52nd player in ABA/NBA history to score at least 20,000 points in a career. Since the All-Star break, Giannis has provided top-30 value in eight- and nine-cat formats, and he's been much-improved from the foul line (71.6 percent). Milwaukee ends Week 18 with a Saturday/Sunday back-to-back against the Magic and Cavaliers.
The last player to cross 20K: his Bucks teammate Damian Lillard.
No surprise here as Antetokounmpo was initially listed as probable with a calf injury. The 30-year-old power is coming off a triple-double in his last game against the Hawks on Tuesday. Fantasy managers can insert the Greek Freak into lineups as usual Wednesday.
