Mobley matched his season-high in blocks on Tuesday, and he's recorded multiple rejections in three straight games for the first time since mid-February. Over the past two weeks, the Cavaliers' big man has been a top-30 player in nine-cat formats. While Jarrett Allen (14 points, nine rebounds, two assists and one block in 27 minutes) continues to provide reliable fantasy value, Mobley has emerged as the team's top frontcourt option this season. And that won't change anytime soon.
Ighodaro drew the start with Nick Richards (calf) a late scratch Friday. While the 22-year-old center has had better games, it was an encouraging performance. Ighodaro had 13 rebounds in a difficult matchup against Cleveland's Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. He also played 44 minutes, which shows the Suns feel comfortable with him out there. His backup Bol Bol didn't play at all. Ighodaro could have some real fantasy value if Richards' injury were to linger.
Darius Garland has been ruled out for Wednesday's game, shifting the ballhandling responsibilities to Mitchell. Wade, who is not a must-stream player in fantasy leagues, will fill the open spot in the starting lineup.
Mobley is back after a one-game absence and will reclaim his place in the starting lineup. De'Andre Hunter will return to the bench, which lowers his fantasy ceiling. Completing the starting five are Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus and Jarrett Allen.
With Evan Mobley, Allen's running mate in the backcourt, sidelined with a foot injury, Allen was able to step up and deliver a strong double-double. This was Allen's third 20-point double-double in Cleveland's last seven games. The main limitation for him in fantasy basketball has been a bunch of lopsided scores. Cavs fans won't be upset by that at all, but fantasy managers have had to deal with limited production at times. Though they didn't get the win, that wasn't the case on Sunday. Cleveland has a four-game week coming up that will start in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
