Dillon Brooks

The Rockets are without Fred VanVleet and Amen Thompson for Monday's game, opening up two spots in the starting lineup. Eason and Smith will fill the resulting voids, raising both players' fantasy ceilings. Also, Jalen Green will spend more time on the ball as the starting point guard.

Brooks is knocking down 2.4 triples per game at a 38.7% clip this season, both career highs. The seven triples are his second-most of the campaign, and Brooks has hit at least five three-pointers in seven games in the 2024-25 campaign.

Eason will return to the starting lineup in place of Jabari Smith Jr., who will come off the bench after starting Houston's last two games. Both young forwards will play significant roles, though Eason will have more fantasy upside as a starter.

Thompson, Brooks and Sengun are back after sitting out Monday's loss to the Thunder. Their returns mean that Reed Sheppard, Cam Whitmore and Jock Landale will head to the bench. None of those three are worth holding onto, with the Rockets close to full strength.

Brooks missed Monday's game against the Thunder with a knee injury, but he's off the injury report and will be back Tuesday against the Pacers. Cam Whitmore and Jae'Sean Tate could see fewer minutes with Brooks back in the rotation.
