Kevin Love

This is the same ankle that forced Jovic to miss time already this season, so his status for Monday's game against Detroit is certainly up in the air. With the Heat recently trading away Thomas Bryant, Kel'el Ware and Kevin Love should see extra minutes if Jovic misses time.

While Love was held out of Monday's loss to the Celtics, Jovic has not appeared in any of Miami's last five games. Both being available strengthens the Heat frontcourt rotation, although neither qualifies as a must-roster player in most fantasy leagues. Haywood Highsmith replaced Jovic in the starting lineup well before his ankle injury, while most of Love's minutes are played as Bam Adebayo's backup.

Love missed Miami's last game while Richardson is in danger of missing his seventh consecutive contest. Thomas Bryant can stay in the rotation if Love misses more time and Richardson hasn't been much of a factor at all this season.

This will be a third straight absence for Ware, who hasn't played a large role during his rookie season. With Kevin Love also sidelined, Thomas Bryant will likely fill out the backup center minutes in this game.

Added to the Heat injury report earlier in the afternoon, Ware has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game. With Kevin Love available, the rookie's absence will not significantly impact the Heat rotation or fantasy basketball.
