While he didn't score much on Thursday, Duren provided the stats many fantasy managers have been looking for in other categories. He's reached double figures in rebounds in four of his last six outings, and the five defensive contributions were the most in a game for Duren this season. Isaiah Stewart (4/5/1/0/1 in 17 minutes) will continue to have a place within the rotation due to his physicality. Still, as was the case on Thursday, his minutes will be limited when Duren does what he needs to as a rebounder and defender.
Duren only played 27 minutes as he continues to split time with Isaiah Stewart, but the 21-year-old center was still able to put up a great game. It certainly helped that Duren only missed one shot from the field and was able to pile up rebounds against a depleted Orlando frontcourt. Duren clearly has a ton of talent, but typically doesn't play enough minutes to be a top-100 fantasy asset.
