Simons has missed Portland's last three games with a forearm injury, and Dalano Banton has replaced him in the starting lineup. While inefficiency can be an issue for Banton, he's worth streaming when allowed to start, especially with Scoot Henderson (concussion) unavailable.
Grant has not appeared in a game since March 9, which is unlikely to change on Sunday. Deni Avdija has been firmly entrenched in the starting lineup ever since and has done enough to merit being rostered in most fantasy leagues. As for Henderson, Sunday's game will be the fifth he's missed due to concussion protocols. Dalano Banton has played consistent rotation minutes, recently starting since the Blazers were also without Anfernee Simons.
Henderson (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Spurs.
Banton has started Portland's last three games, filling in for the injured Anfernee Simons. He hasn't shot the ball well, making just 37.5 percent of his attempts, but Banton has averaged 18.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 blocks and 2.0 three-pointers per game. A 12th-round player in eight-cat formats during this three-game stretch, Banton will be worth streaming on Sunday if Simons and Scoot Henderson remain out. But that's only if managers can afford to take a hit in the field-goal percentage category.
Simons has been downgraded from questionable to out, which means more playing time for Dalano Banton. Since Scoot Henderson (concussion) is also out, fantasy managers should not hesitate to stream Banton. As for Cissoko, his continued absence does not impact fantasy basketball, as he is not usually in the rotation.
