Brooklyn is shutting down Clowney for the year. The big man's latest ankle injury won't allow him to play in any of his team's remaining games. Trendon Watford and Drew Timme can take advantage of Clowney's absence.
Cameron Johnson and Noah Clowney are sidelined, while Russell and Claxton are back after missing Saturday's game. Wilson will also return to the starting lineup, which will push Tyrese Martin back to the bench after he started in place of Russell against the Wizards.
Brooklyn's frontcourt rotation will be thin on Monday, which means guys like Jalen Wilson and Drew Timme could see increased run.
The Nets are without D'Angelo Russell and Nic Claxton, opening up two spots in the starting lineup. Martin will replace Russell, which also raises Keon Johnson's fantasy ceiling. As for Claxton, he'll be replaced in the lineup by Clowney, who is a must-stream player, especially with Day'Ron Sharpe also out.
Clowney was initially listed as questionable, but is ultimately available Saturday against the Wizards. The 20-year-old power forward could move to center with Nic Claxton resting.
