The Steelers are going to stick with linebacker Cole Holcomb in 2025.
According to Pelissero, the move will free up $4 million in cap space for the Steelers. Holcomb suffered a brutal dislocated knee injury in 2023 and did not take a snap last season. The sixth-year linebacker totaled 54 tackles and four TFLs in the eight games he appeared in back in 2023, and is expected to be fully healthy for the start of next season.
