Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth tied his season low with a 58% snap share in Sunday's win over the Ravens. That matched his low set back in Week 2, but it also matched his snap share for Week 10. Freiermuth's playing time has been falling recently, from a Week 6 peek of 87%, to 71%, then 65%, and the 58% of the past two weeks. He has now tied or trailed TE Darnell Washington in snaps for two straight games.
Freiermuth continues to disappoint fantasy managers. He's been held below 20 yards in four of his last five games and was out-targeted by Darnell Washington in Sunday's win over the Ravens. Freiermuth is averaging 2.6 targets per game and shouldn't be trusted in Week 12 against the Browns.
Freiermuth has seen just eight targets in three games with Russell Wilson under center. Sunday's game against the Commanders marked the second straight game in which he finished with less than 20 receiving yards, but a short touchdown in the second quarter saved him from what would have been a disappointing fantasy outing. The target volume isn't there for Freiermuth. He'll be hard to trust as anything more than a touchdown-dependent TE2 in Week 11 against the Ravens.
