Tucker fell victim to inadequate quarterback play from fill-in starter Desmond Ridder on a night Aidan O'Connell was held out due to injury. Furthering his struggles was a game environment in which both teams largely struggled to move the football while combining for just 277 yards through the air. Tucker's next opportunity to return a usable fantasy score comes in Week 16 against the pass-funnel Jaguars.
Tucker broke out with 82 yards on seven receptions two weeks ago and followed that up with 58 yards and a touchdown on his only grab last week. His lack of receptions in Week 13 was the canary in the coal mine, signaling a predictable letdown today. Tucker will pop up with the occasional big game depending on the matchup and game script, but he isn't involved enough on a week-to-week basis to crack most fantasy lineups. He will remain in the WR5/6 range for his Week 15 matchup with the Falcons.
A Thursday DNP is never a great sign, so we'll see where things go for Meyers from here. The veteran receiver is coming off a six-catch, 97-yard performance in last week's loss to the Chiefs and has gone for 16-218-0 on 25 targets over the last two weeks. With so many teams on bye, Meyers' value becomes a little more amplified for fantasy managers hoping to make their way into the postseason. If Meyers is unable to go, we could be looking at a big week for Brock Bowers and an increased role for Tre Tucker.
Jameson Williams, Adam Thielen and Tre Tucker can help managers in Week 14.
