Houston will likely try hard to re-sign Stefon Diggs (ACL) and could even invest a Day 2 or early Day 3 draft pick into the position after John Metchie, Robert Woods and Xavier Hutchinson failed to distinguish themselves.

Woods was held off the stat sheet as Xavier Hutchinson drew six looks and John Metchie saw two. Although Woods' hip injury was undoubtedly a factor, it's not a great sign for the 32-year-old as he heads to the open market. Limited to 60 catches in two years in Houston, Woods could struggle to find guaranteed money in free agency. Someone would have to really like his leadership ability.
