We're willing to go out on a limb and guess that Aubrey will likely find time to go through his normal kicking routine at some point throughout the week to be ready for Week 8's game against the 49ers. It doesn't sound like he'll be at any risk of missing the game based on McCarthy's comments, so fantasy managers don't need to rush to add a replacement at this time.
Cowboys K Brandon Aubrey did not practice on Wednesday because he was on jury duty. Seriously. According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Nick Harris, Aubrey was chosen to be on a jury for a felony assault case. He'll be in court on Thursday and Friday but is expected to be available for Sunday night's game vs. the 49ers. He can stay in Week 8 fantasy lineups for now. We'll let you know if anything changes with his status.
