Wilson was designated to return Tuesday, but the Steelers will not activate their third-round pick ahead of the season finale against the Bengals in Week 18. He's been out since October 28th and is practicing in advance of Pittsburgh's Saturday game against the Bengals. Wilson did not earn a target and was often a healthy scratch in the first two months of the season. At this point he's just a dynasty stash.
